Administrative Coordination
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and send reminders
Organize digital files and maintain shared documentation (Google Drive)
Monitor shared inboxes and ensure timely replies or delegation
Draft, proofread, and format internal communications or reports
Operational Support
Track tasks and help manage team to-do lists
Support onboarding of new contractors or vendors
Prepare agendas, take notes, and summarize action items
Coordinate light research and logistical tasks for internal projects
General Back-Office Support
Maintain consistency in naming conventions, templates, and SOPs
Assist with invoice tracking and light expense documentation
Set up recurring workflows or admin systems to reduce friction
Jump in where needed to keep the back office tidy and humming
