  • Overview:
    We're seeking a persuasive, self-motivated Sales Representative to join our fast-paced growth team. You'll be responsible for identifying new opportunities, managing client relationships, and scaling our offerings across the healthcare and fintech sectors.

    What You’ll Be Doing:

    Administrative Coordination

    • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and send reminders

    • Organize digital files and maintain shared documentation (Google Drive)

    • Monitor shared inboxes and ensure timely replies or delegation

    • Draft, proofread, and format internal communications or reports

    Operational Support

    • Track tasks and help manage team to-do lists

    • Support onboarding of new contractors or vendors

    • Prepare agendas, take notes, and summarize action items

    • Coordinate light research and logistical tasks for internal projects

    General Back-Office Support

    • Maintain consistency in naming conventions, templates, and SOPs

    • Assist with invoice tracking and light expense documentation

    • Set up recurring workflows or admin systems to reduce friction

    • Jump in where needed to keep the back office tidy and humming
